Tuesday...

It's picture day for the 2 little ones here....and they are off to school looking great...But who knows what we will look like by the time the camera flashes...LOL  Even Kris looked great when she walked out the door...

They have all been out the door almost an hour and I have just been out in my room looking at the net and talking to Betty on the phone.

Today I have to do some running around after that oldest Grand Girl. She is in a nursing program and a bus takes several kids to snow isle and it may be snow bush...but it is snow something and I have the address so today I need to be there at 1:30 to pick her up...It is in Everett and take her to the eye doc to pick up her new glasses. Then I will drop her off her at her job.

Kenzie drives an old Suburban  but the battery is bad...It is not even that old of a battery so I know she can get a free replacement...First of all Darrel could not remember where he got it...Well Oriley sells it so I imagine it was bought  there. I told him I could take it down there to get it replaced. He said no he takes it out and takes it down there and he said it has side and top posts and he did not want me to have to take it out...I did not bother telling him I have never taken a battery out and I have had MANY replaced and I have never paid to have one installed...I just look pitiful and they do it for me for free... Kenzie said Dad just needs to do it. I told her that he is working all of the time and has not had time...She said he sat right there in that chair an hour yesterday and he could have done it then.... It is true he did sit there an hour...He got home a little after 4 and went to bed before 5:30 and was up and gone again this morning at 2 AM... It takes a lot of money to feed 4 kids, a wife , and a mother in law...He needs to keep working...LOL


The 3 Grand Kids on the Powell farm seem to be doing good. Fleta sold some goats...I'll bet there are still plenty laying in the road.  I'll bet Fleet has not even tried to kill the armadillos in my yard.

I worked out in this yard all weekend and it looks so much better. We hauled off a big truck load of limbs and stuff...Then Sunday I hauled off a load of old furniture that had gotten piled in my room. I will n ow be able to clean it up but not today...

It has been a long time between posts and I could say it is because I have been working on that new genealogy blog of the 3 sisters but the only people that read my blog are 2 of the 3 sisters and they know I have not written a word on that blog...But I have enjoyed reading it...
