Better late than never

I've been sitting here crocheting and watching TV, and I almost forgot to post today. It has been a pretty uneventful day. I did not go to exercise class, and I did not leave the house.

I have decided that next Sunday, I'm going to drive down and see Betty, though. So that's one thing on my list to do.

I really have been totally lazy today. I cooked a little bit, and the dirty dishes are still on the stove. I hate to say it, but I think they will still be there in the morning when I get up. Maybe the good fairy will come and visit in the middle of the night, but I don't think so.

It was a warmer day even today. Thank goodness, every day seems to get just a little bit better. Hooray, hooray!

Carolyn Kennedy really put the kibosh on her cousin Robert Kennedy. We already knew he was pretty much allowed, but she told more than really needed to be said. When she talks about blending up the small animals in the blender, that was a little much for me. She called him a predator. That's pretty bad when it's your own cousin calling you that.

There's never anything good to watch on TV. I searched through Netflix today and found a TV show. I don't know how old it is or how many seasons were produced, or where it is currently playing. It is called Younger. It's about a 40-something-year-old woman who stayed home to raise her child and then got divorced. She tried to get back into the working field but was unable to find a job because of her age and the fact that she had not worked for many years. So she set up a resume and acted like she was 26 years old, which is something not just anyone could pull off.

I've already taken my shower and washed my hair. When I don't go anywhere, I tend to look pretty bad. I don't look a whole lot better when I put on makeup and get dressed, but maybe a little.

Tomorrow is Wednesday, hump day. When you're not working, one day just kind of runs into the next.

I felt a little under the weather today. I seem to have a cough. I hope it gets better by tomorrow. Let me dig through my pictures and see if I can find anything to post.

Kimberley, Lix, Seth, and Bill were at Mackenzie's wedding day. That was not that long ago, but Seth looks so small in this picture. He's taller than his dad now - they grow up way too fast.

I love Bill’s determined look.
