I have also made Spanish rice . It was very good. And I have bacon wrapped, mozzarella cheese stuffed,  hot peppers in the oven I also have a pan of corn Bread that I am cooking in a small iron skillet where I rendered a piece of cut up bacon and added onions and japilinoes...You know I just do not know how to spell this close enough for this spell ck to get. I am sure you know, sisters..

So, I mailed Valentines and a package to the grand kids...Then I took the large priority mail box and STUFFED all of Hannah's clothes in it. A small car for Robert their valentines and a bunch of kisses...the chocolate kind...Robert would not care for the other kind from me. Any way... Both packages were stuffed and looked like they would explode. I thought...If I get a cranky old woman at the Post Office she will refuse these because they are over full. I thought if that happens there is a nice little post office down by the school and they will take them...As luck would have it there was an older man waiting on me. Very friendly and he said, "I am glad to see you got your moneys worth with these flat rate boxes." and I did...Fleta's would have cost 47 to send it 3 day without using a flat rate box...This way it was about 17... Well worth the price cause Hannah will love the clothes...But the coat may be to big. If so we will have to save it...All of the clothes are clean, Fleta.

Forgot to tell this...I made Mom's cinnamon rolls...BTW they are delicious...BUT...Remember I had to get more flour. That is why I was making them like Mom's. Well, I went to town...and took my time. I never gave a thought to the sponge of yeast bread that was here...Until I walked back into the house and smelled yeast. Then I remembered them ...Sure enough they were over flowing and more was on the counter than in the bowl. It was sticky but I put it back in the bowl...Since I had cleaned the counters that morning...It is a wonder it was not in the floor. I am sure Mom never left the rolls like that.LOL
