Darrel and Kris bought me a Keurig coffee maker and Kris saved the box...I was able to fit all of Hanna's clothes in it except 1 jacket. It is a little big for her and it will fit her next year so I will send it later. But everything else fit...It is rolled and stuffed but I taped it close...It is a beautiful box just like I always send. Everyone makes fun of my shipping boxes...Missy says the duct tape weighs more than the box...
I have had a lazy day for sure. I did go with Kenzie for a drive tonight for an hour. We drove around and around this housing development. She did really good, When we got home I made her look up how far in advance you turn on your turn signals...She thought it was 1,000 feet,,,but she found out it was 100.I think every time we drive I will make her look up something in the book. She had 20 questions from the class on Monday that needed to be completed by tomorrow night at 6...I think she was going to wait till tomorrow after school to do the home work...WRONG... It is now completed. Sometimes she does not like Granny telling her what to do. Oh well. I will never be a Grandma like Betty Jean.
Speaking of being a Granny...I have a new room mate, Amanda... She has been sleeping out here all week. We have a queen bed that Kenzie and I sleep on and Amanda sleeps on the couch. There is a futon out here also. I give her a spa bath every night. Candles and bubbles...She loves it. Her hair is so long she can not wash it properly. She is in 3rd grade but it is hard to wash long hair and it has to be washed every night. I will have to teach her before I leave because Kris is not diligent about doing it. And she needs to be clean. I wonder how Laura taught her girls to wash hair...I Taught kenzie and her hair was long but it is harder with Amanda. Amanda is afraid of water in her face.
Amanda has the sweetest heart. She is so kind. When her feelings get hurt and she just slinks away and hides and cries. Boy this is the wrong family to be in when you are soft hearted.
Jake told me last night he has the best life because all of the girls at school thinks he is cute..He is in 1st grade. Jake is out grown his jeans. He is getting new ones this weekend and I need to send the size 5 to Seth... I love passing clothes around.
All of the chickens are still alive but it does look like something has been digging around the chicken pen. We are only getting about 2 or 3 eggs a day...
Kenzie is in the shower right now and she wants me to roll her hair on sponge rollers tonight. Hopefully it will not be raining tomorrow and it will stay curled for the school day.
Oh Darrel got me 2 pair of new glovestoday that have rubber coating in the palms...They are pretty neat...

I would ask if they had done the homework if I were in charge of that. I have never had to be in charge of it though.
Amanda and Sigrid are in the same grade. I hope one day they can meet each other.
The coon's belly was full and he is resting. We would have these type of chicken problems except we have Feist dogs out guarding.
It is cold here again but the days are longer and it is not like it was before so I am trying to be positive. Still have not gotten my onions and potatoes planted.
Clayton is in size 8 jeans slim. My giant kindergarter.
