Kris and Bill when Kris got her AA degree from MCC.
July 10th at 7 PM I went to the hospital to deliver my first child...
This happened to be on Mike's birthday, My X husband.. I was throwing him a family birthday party, for his family, when my water broke...I remember I made home made banana ice cream..
Mike did take me to the hospital and drop me off. He then went back to his birthday party at our home with his family...And I have no doubt, even as much as I always detested his mother, I'll bet even she thought he should be at the hospital with me.
He returned later that night and urged me to hurry and deliver Kristina on his birthday.
I remember at midnight, when I was in hard labor, he told me I could then take it easy now cause I had missed HIS birthday...LOL
Kris was born around 1 AM on the 11th of July. I remember when I saw her I thought I had never seen a more beautiful baby.
Little did I know then, that night and that child, would shape the rest of my entire life. From that night forward my 3 children and then my 8 grand children has determined the person I am today.
