UUUUHHHHHH

Tomorrow my girl will be here...I am so excited I can hardly wait.... I will pick her up at Sky harbor at 3:15 tomorrow. I will have to get there early to go through security and meet her at the gate...

Today I went to my reg MD. She thinks the CMV is causing my bone ache and night sweats and almost falling asleep when I am even standing up. Tomorrow I have to have more blood drawn after I fast. This morning I ate 2 eggs and drank 8 oz of coconut milk before going to the doc so I could not get a blood draw today... Tomorrow we will maybe be able to see what is going on...

Yesterday I got a really good review from my cancer DR. I go back in 3 months for another pet scan and more blood work and see her again... Yesterday they drew 5 voles of blood but I am sure they did not look at the same things my MD wants to see.

 Oh yes about that coconut milk...DR. OZ says it is great for you and tastes just like milk...WRONG....I have not been able to drink milk for a few years without getting sick...I think it is the sugar content in the milk but I am not sure...anyway I thought calcium, protein, and all of those other good things coconut milk is supposed to provide. I will start drinking it...I think not...GAG A MAGGOT! it is awful.  Now it would probably be fine to drink in a shake or eat on cereal....As Rhea would say..."Add a little ice cream and it would taste great!"

I am doing laundry this morning. I have got to get Benjamin's short sleeve shirts and his shorts matched up. It has been getting so warm and each night I try to pick out shorts and shirt for him to wear the next day because I have been to lazy to fix his closet.

I have vacuumed and mopped the down stairs this morning and cleaned up the bath and kitchen... Soon I am going upstairs and work up there but I want to wait till I get all of his laundry done.  It is only 10.

I really limit my trips up those stairs. It reeks havoc with my joints and bones climbing those stairs a dozen times a day. So for the last month I have really been trying to limit the upstairs trips.

I have made brown Spanish rice for me to eat today...I love Spanish rice.

The milk in coconut milk is fantasy milk, not literal milk, very little calcium. Yogurt is a great substitute for milk, if you can tolerate that. Or, here is a list, pick one.
