Today..

Is the Grand Girl day...

I went to my MD yesterday....She had me fast this morning and they pulled 7 voles of blood...I have no idea what they will do with all of that...I am being sent for a bone density test tomorrow....Guess what nothing hurts today cause the gill will be flying in at 3. I can not wait...We have every minute booked out for the next week..

BTW I look and feel great this morning...

and since I got back from the blood place I am having a pot of coffee...I am not sure what else I will do till about 1:30 . I m meeting her at the gate so I will need to be early to get through security...

Fleta I ate some Activia yogurt this morning. I thought it was a good thing since the container  looked about 1/3 the size of a normal yogurt container.  But it was a lot to choke down.  I guess I just do not like yogurt.
