Monday...

I got up at 4:30 this morning...That was a really good night's sleep for me. I am sure I was asleep by 9. I started baking the buns and cinnamon rolls. Here they are on the table.
Below Benjamin is holding his basket for his teacher Mrs Pfiffer. It was in a nice basket.
When we got to school I asked the Secretary if we could go visit some teachers. She said that was fine but wanted me to know Mrs. Simpson was out till Wed. I told her I had one for Mrs. Simpson and she said she suspected that.

We delivered Mr Hardy's first He was glad to get food. He has 3 little girls and I put 3 of those rein deer in his for the girls. He asked about Mackenzie and said he was having a good year. Then we went to Benjamin's room to wait for his teacher. While we were sitting there I told Benjamin we had an extra basket (Mrs. Simspsons) we needed to give away. I suggested the office girls, or the principal, or we could leave it with Mrs Pfiffer and let her choose someone. Benjamin said, 'Well, there is one teacher I really like.' So we went on the hunt for her class room. Come to find out it was another Kindergarten teacher, Mrs. W. Mrs W knew Benjamin right off. I told her how we always baked for Mrs. Simpson and she was absent today. Mrs W. knew all about that. So I informed Mrs W. she got the basket because of mine and Benjamin's conversation. She was not at all offended. She told me her little girl was in Benjamin's class She was thrilled with the warm Cinnamon rolls because she had not had breakfast yet.

We will make another Basket on Wednesday for Mrs. Simpson.
here is Benjamin holding Mrs Simpson's basket in front of his display wall for his class. The very top , middle snowman was his. It was cute.
Here he is with his Teacher. He had her open her gifts. She tore into them like a 5 year old would. Paper flying everywhere. I am sure she does this to excite the kids and it sure worked on Benjamin. He was pleased as punch....Made his day...

Now I have a kitchen to clean.
