Fleta posted a cinnamon roll recipe....I have tried it. This one above is much better... It calls for baking powder and baking soda along with the yeast, if you can believe it.

I have looked at 100's of cooking sights on the net. Kris put me on to this one a few years ago and it is the best ever. She has several things I have made and they are always good and easy.

I have been making these rolls for 2 years now and they are really good. I especially like the fact I can stir them up the night before and then in the morning take them out of the frig and roll them out and have them in the oven in less than an hour. Most of the time I make cinnamon rolls to give to people I like to give them to the person so they can have them with breakfast and while they are still warm....Also these stay very fresh for at least 3 days and do not get hard.

Benjamin is back to normal now. Thank goodness. Yesterday they had a rainy day and by the time he got home he was hanging from the ceiling. He was tired of being penned up all day. Today he has a half day and we need to wrap gifts. Hopefully we will have his Mom's present today. I am hoping. We have to wrap Bill's kids gifts today. We ordered them from Wal Mart and they came to the store and Missy picked them up this week but I have not got them wrapped yet.

Even though I was up early this morning I did get a lot of sleep. I think I was asleep at 7:30 last night. So getting up at 3:30 is not so bad. Maybe I will walk to school pushing Benjamin's bike so he can ride it home today. He would like that and I would get my walk in. he will be out of school for 2 weeks. His Mom has planned some vacation time off to spend with him. He will love that.

I go see my regular MD today at 10. Hopefully this will be my last visit for awhile especially since this will be the last one where I do not have to pay her anything to see her.

I have a load of wash in the dryer. I did Benjamin's and Missy's laundry yesterday but I forgot to add mine to the loads. There was plenty of room, I just forgot.

I think Betty is off today, Fleta has a half day, Clayton, Patsy, and I am at home. I guess Gilbert will be the only one of us working all day. He is younger, he can handle it.
