Austin's Birthday...

Benjamin went back to school today. He has been home 2 days. He is feeling much better. Tomorrow is half day and PJ day at school. He will have a good time.

I read all of the news sites this morning and there was not much interesting. Palin's book is not doing well. That was about my only bright spot. Sad.

I pitched in this morning and cleaned the up stairs. I need to do the down stairs but I am not sure I will get it done. It is warm here today but looked like it might rain. We are supposed to get some cold weather.

Missy has a truck load of leaves all over her yard. and there are still just as many on the trees. I am ready for them all to fall off so they can be cleaned up....She has a next door neighbor that told her when she first moved in he hoped she would not cut down the big trees in her yard. He said he likes them because they shade his whole drive way. He told her every time this house sells the owners talk about cutting the trees.

I saw the neighbor man yesterday and I told him I sure hoped he enjoyed the trees in the summer because in the winter he had as many leaves in his drive from them as we do. He now owns a yard service. He told me that was no problem at all, as soon as they all fell off the trees in another week or two he had some big leaf blowers and he would clean them all up. I was glad because I have done it twice and it is a chore and still does not look that good.
