Lunch...

I made a Jiffy mix of muffins this morning....It made me recall once when Rhea and I was visiting her Daddy a few years ago after Rhea's Mom had passed, Rhea's Daddy asked if I wanted a muffin he had made. He said he buys those little box mixes and it does not make very much but he adds a cup of flour and more milk and it makes a good batch then. This morning I only had 1 box and it was cinnamon apple. I added about a cup of Bisquick, a package of cinnamon oatmeal mix, about 1/2 cup of sprite, the jiffy mix, 2 eggs, and some milk....It made a pretty good batch of muffins. I baked them in my special pan that is in the shapes of Butterfly's and other bugs. Benjamin thinks they are pretty neat...

Benjamin had whole wheat pasta with meat sauce and 4...yes 4... of my rolls. He said, 'Oh Granny, I love this bread!' Him and Austin both love my bread. They are such good boys!
