My Sisters in Arkansas are all saying it is raining on them...No rain here..
I got outside a little while this morning and walked around the neighborhood to see if there was a garage sale. There were none in this area. I did notice a lot of brown lawns where people are not watering them. Maybe they are just lazy like me when I don't water the back yard but I do not think so. It looked like most of them had automatic sprinklers it must be the water bills are just too high now. Also I noticed only two houses had Sunday papers in the drive way. A few years ago almost every drive would have a Sunday paper laying in the middle of it....Either people are like me and use the net for adds and news or it is just too expensive... A sign of our times..
It is hot here his morning almost 90 all ready...I think I may sew a little today..

It's been in the low sixties here today. Our family in Texas are dying though.
Newspapers are fast becoming a thing of the past and I hate that.
I guess cutting back on watering is a common sense idea during this recession.
