The Haytt must of had a contract with this Yellow Cab Company....I could not take my eyes off of these cabs...They stayed parked outside the Hilton at all times....One would leave to pick up a fare at the Hotel then they would all adjust their parking order....Missy and I called it the pecking order...A cab would drive up, go to the end of the line, turn around and park....The men would congregate and talk, but they always stayed in line. One time a RED cab pulled up there; turned around and went to the head of the line, I thought there was going to be a war....the drivers descended on the red cab and gave him the 'what for'....He left....there were as many as 7 cabs lined up there at any one time....and you'd better believe each cab parked in line....no one was allowed to cut line... We had a beautiful Ocean view but watching the cabby's was my BIG amusement....
Notice in the 1st picture the cabs were parked behind the trees around the curve...
