I thought today was supposed to be warm

 I was wrong. It’s been cloudy all day rained last night thunder and lightning. It even woke me up and that’s hard to do.

I’m not done much of anything today. Ran the dishwasher emptied it out washed my hair. It’s really an exciting day. Oh but I did make a fresh apple pie and it is delicious. I should share it with my sister Fleta but I don’t think I’m going to. I think I’m going to eat another piece in the morning with my coffee. 

I go to the cancer doctor tomorrow. He is in Rogers. My appointment is like 1130. I’ll need to leave here around nine I guess. At least that’ll be plenty of time for me to have a piece of pie and a cup of coffee.

I burned a lot of brush yesterday, which was good help clean things up a little bit. I went down to Fleta’s and stole a whole bunch of her Yellow Easter lilies. I told that yesterday. Worth repeating because they are so pretty.

I’m watching a movie, so when I seen before there’s not too many good movies anymore, that’s for sure.

Greg come up today and got some pork ribs to barbecue you should see how big these are they didn’t cut them up like they used  to. It was a whole half of a pigs ribs I don’t know how he’s going to cook them and they were frozen solid, and he didn’t come up till 4 o’clock. He won’t be throwing them in the microwave that’s for sure because they won’t fit.

Kelly said he had his pig ribs scraped and put in the sausage. I’m glad I got the ribs like I did because it’s just so amazing to even look at them. I couldn’t believe it when I took them out.

February is almost over. I certainly am ready for spring. I’m going to start some seeds in the house 1 March tomatoes mostly.

I was going to church this morning but I backed out. I just don’t really like going much of anywhere anymore and that’s OK. I certainly don’t get lonesome.

Hopefully I won’t get any bad news tomorrow at the doctor. We’ll just have to see.
