Sunny Sunday...

cold and a little windy but the sun was shining all day so it seemed warmer.

Fleta and I went to Sunday School and church. It was a nice service.

Then Fleta's truck  was about out of gas so we went to GF and got gas Then on to Berryville. Fleta said she needed laundry stuff but while she was there she picked up 2 floor mops as an early birthday present to George. I am sure he was thrilled.

Fleta grilled hamburgers and brought me up one that was about one thirty or so. It was really good.  She was cooking 2 store bought pies and apple and a cherry I passed on them ....Instead I layed down and took a nap.  I guess I am not like the normal person a 20 minute nape is out of the question. I suppose I fell asleep around 2:30 laying here on the couch. I woke up at 6;00, the sun was just going down.

Earlier I cut a 1/4 chicken breast into chunks foe taco soup. I was boiling the turkey and turned it off before I layed down cause I knew it would not be a 20 minute nap. Now I am up and boiling the turkey and having coffee.

I boiled a half a pound of sausage and then took it outside and mixed a bunch of dog food with it for the dog. I do not think she eats enough. She loves table scraps instead of dog food. I keep dog food out for her at all times. I think she only eats enough to keep from starving. Anyway she wolfed down all of it. So she will be full and warm tonight.

Fleta said they were having steaks tonight. I doubt if they were better than the burger.
