and it is going to rain for sure. I am sitting out on my covered porch and it sure is nice. I was planing on walking up to see George about 9 but not if it is raining.
JR worked all weekend on home projects. I benefited by getting my porch all of the way covered and a new step. Notice I also got a free seat in the deal. Can you just believe that rock. I love it. Thank you JR...Even tho he never reads the blogs!
Fleta also brought me this great pot down ...Chives, cilantro, something else, and hens and chickens. It is a very pretty pot...
Fleta also gave me some mint. I planted that by Pat's Irises. She dug all of this stuff out of her yard. More cilantro and basil went into my big blue pot at the end of the porch. Then she went over by the Peden turn off....They call it by the red barn...and she dug up more stuff for her yard.
JR and George both are moaning every time I drag something new into the yard. JR moaned because it is always something real classy like an old dryer tub that I am planting my 3 tomato plants in...George moans because it is more to mow around. Notice by the pole in the last picture the 3 tomato plants that came from Pat.
Clayton brought me chicken and dressing yesterday. It was so good. He made mashed potatoes and green beans also. JR and I pigged out...It was so good!
The rain ran me inside. I would have been fine but I would not take a chance on the phone or the computer getting wet.
For some reason the computer is a little unstable this morning. It is hard to get the courser in the right spot. It has to do with being toggled to my phone, which is how I get Internet out here in the sticks.
It is raining hard. maybe it will stop and the sun will come out. Rain and sunshine in the same day. The plants will love it!

Maybe you could mix up natural grass killer and spray around the stuff so it would be easier for him to mow.
I remember it was 2 gal of vinegar and 2 cups of Epsom salts and a half cup of dawn dish washing liguid. You can buy vinegar for cleaning and it is not very expensive! I saw this recipe on fb so I may have it wrong...I bet you could search there and find it. it said worked better than round up!
The yard is so pretty and the best part is that porch! so nice.
just let it grow
