Thursday... I am alive

To start off Kenzie needed 4 1/2 more hours for her driving class. Last Saturday Darrel let her drive to Burlington. It was a 3 1/2 hour drive there. She drove on a free way, drove in rain, drove in snow, and had a safe trip. Later that day after they got  home there was a big land slide on the road they had been on when they went up there.

Tuesday morning Kenzie had her tonsils taken out. She has stayed out here with me and i have watched her around the clock. Wednesday morning she heaved her guts out. Other than that we have done really well. She has not run a fever and she is not able to eat soft foods, and we are managing the pain well.
Amanda and Jake have had half-days all week so we have been really busy.
Today I did make chicken and noodles, i did a load of laundry, and cleaned house just a little. I am now ready for a nap.
