Rhea and Marvin went on a 10 day cruse...They both came back alive...a good thing....and they had a great time.

The kids are all off to school and the house is still pretty clean. I am sure I need to unload the dish washer and re load a few. Plus I am doing 2 loads of Amanda's laundry.

Amanda is the cutest little girl but this morning she was trying to sneak her DS to school...No wait...Not for her to play but for Jake to play on the bus. She confessed she has been doing it all week. I told her she would have to tell her mom.  Jake was way more disappointed than she was....

Way back in Kinder garden Kenzie sold DIRT to raise money for her school rather than selling the junk they always have to sell...Well everyone we asked bought a zip lock of school dirt for 5 bucks.. Even patsy I remember....everyone except Clayton... After that when I talked about my brothers and Sisters and I mentioned Clayton, Kenzie would ask, "Is he the one that would not buy my dirt?"

Well he has reprieved himself...Kenzie had to sell these booklets for her soft ball team...Each Girl had to sell 20... Since Kenzie had no relatives at all her in WA and they were only good at local stores, it was not an easy feat...She had 1 book left and I told her if she would Call Clayton I was sure he would buy one when she brought up the Dirt issue...She is bashful and hated to call...Finally she called and Clayton did not answer. I later called and spoke to Clay and he bought one...Donated 20 bucks really....Kenzie did thank him. If she did not sell all 20 by today she had to run the 440 and do 50 set ups...All the girls that sold all 20 get to watch the rest and hoot I guess....Anyway as of yesterday only Kenzie and 1 girl had sold all 20.

Now get this...Kenzie sold 6 books of those things to past and present teachers..My thought was they must really think a lot of her to buy one from her. The Principal bought 1 from her because his wife had Kenzie in 6th grade and she told him he had to! LOL  So we had 1 happy kid leaving for school today....but not Jake and Amanda...

I am not sure if I am supposed to be cooking anything to eat today or not. I don't think I was told. But, the school Kris is teaching at gets out at 2 so she will have plenty of time to fix dinner.

The sun is shining here but it is to cool to sit  in the sun.

My school would never apply for the waiver. I doubt they do this year. Harrison and G F should go for it. Lordy, they will be in school past June 15th if they don't.

I don't think they get out till the end of May normally....With 21 extra days it would take them into July...Right???
