Rain...Rain..

 It has been raining  here all morning so my porch is wet....So I drove up to Clayton's and sat on his porch and drank his coffee...He even had zucchini bread, and boy was it good. Clayton may be able to cook better than any of us...He at least thinks he can..
Here is a pic of a walnut tree out by my RV. I intend to pick these up, if they ever fall off the tree. Then I will put them in the road to be hulled. Someday I will pick out some walnuts. At least enough for me to eat as I pick them out.

 When it rains the goats stay in the chicken pen. When it is not raining they are often on top of it.

 Fleta does not have the best of luck with living things...This hen had 1 chick...The last one hatched had 2....BUT... something caught one of the babies and now something has caught the Mama. Fleta isn't making much head way in the poultry business.

 This is the newest goat Pat gave Fleet. I like her and she should have a kid or kids next week...We will see. Hopefully Clayton will not have to shoot any of them due to illness.

 Persimmon tree by the chicken pen. Some have ripened and fell off. They are not as good as I remembered them. Pat would say it is because I am not as hungry as I was as a kid. She may be right.

 Fleta does have several bird house gourds. I can't wait till they are dried and hanging.

I have not done a darn thing all day and may not till those kids get home. Today I get to be in charge because Fleet and George are going to Branson to get Fleta new bedroom linens. .Me in charge of Hannah...LOL Well at least we will have a good time.
