Getting the lay of the land...

Jr. worked on the road all weekend. I have never seen so much dirt moved. He put in his 50 dollar hot culvert and piled BIG rocks on the down side of the road  so it all would not all wash  away..Anyone drunk driving to his house may hit the rocks...I will be sure to walk if I have had to many..He did make it drain into the pond well so hopefully that will help fill it up. We always called it the smaller pond but it has more water than the big pond now I think.
My water line...deep enough to not freeze or bury me in either way.
This is my PAD where the rv is to sit...Right...Look at those mounds.

Jr hauled dirt out of his back yard. He said he wanted a bigger yard...He also said he was tired of water standing under his trailer all of the time...But what I noticed was....It drains around the east side of his trailer and heads south....Guess who is going to me living east and south of his trailer...RIGHT!
This pile we are saving...You know Greg is a welder and we figure we can have some great yard art out of this..For Fleets yard!
The Grand kids catching the bus this morning. They are so cute. I slept right through the bus this morning. Fleta is off all week and going to put flooring in her bedroom but first she has to move all of the stuff. what a job as you can see I am hiding out over here. Maybe I can act like I am working. George asked me if I was going to town today. I thought when pigs fly but I just said no.

I am sitting at the table and I hung an old cow bell out on the porch. I keep hearing it rattle and look out. Fleet has made 2 trips over hanging metal signs off the bell. I'll bet they say really great things.

She said I needed to put the cow bell by the door and say ring for service. Oh crap here she comes again..She is really cleaning out...now I have one of those sock flags hanging.
Fleet took a picture of the buzzard flying. The first day I got here there were 3 flying overhead. I figured one for Clayton, Fleta, and me...George said they smelled fresh meat..

Oh yes, and Winnie asked if I had a place for her to sleep...Winnie this is a travel trailer...all there are  is places to sleep. The whole back room is one bed...nothing else...The kitchen table folds down and makes a bed. The couch folds out and makes a bed. I am surprised the ceiling does not drop down and make a bed! We got BEDS! Beds everywhere...My  grand kids would be so tickled...I think we could sleep them all... Of course I have to keep the coffee pot on the front porch...No room for a coffee pot! LOL

Oh and I am learning the RULES...

You see the reason JR ran the old renters off is they complained the air went out...When mine did not work I spoke to Pat, not JR. Fleta commented once the renters complained because the cows pooped in their yard.. She said it was her yard. No complaining from me I will just think, FREE FERTILIZER. The grand kids have free  range of the place. That is just common since. will not complain about them!  Also the grand kids love the chickens, goats, and pup, so I guess they can come into the house if they want to! I am catching on fast.  If I want to complain I need to go gripe to Clayton...Then we can both be quiet.

Clayton will not gripe as his rent might go up! Glad to see what is going on.

That is not a buzzard, it is our big crane going to the pond on the rock quarry.
