Happy 4th of July everyone...
Today was the sand castle building competition at VVL .. We left the house early to get our favorite shady spot...
Benjamin and I scoped out You Tube video's yesterday to get ideas...He was in a tie for 2nd place so they drew straws and he lost...But he still did a great job... We cooked hot dogs there for lunch and I had plenty to drink..
All in all we had a good time...I did burn the bottom of my feet trying to throw trash away with no shoes on...Talk about hot footin it .. I was...

This is a picture of my Kenzie Girl I had not seen till today...It was hid on my computer, She made the honor roll at school and her Mom took this while she was going up to get her certificate...And yes I know it is blurred....but she looks so pretty standing so straight...I was proud of her.I am home and I have had a cold shower. Melissa said we are going to Olive Garden for supper...around 4. I think I will take a nap..

I love the castle, but most I love the photo of MacKenzie! So pretty!
Okra makes me itch too so I guess it is a family thing. Mine is too short now to make me itch...not to my knees yet.
What a really cool castle...I saw professional sand castle builders on Rachel Rae...they had some really good ideas to pass along❤
