Saturday...

I charcoal grilled a pork tenderloin. It is good. I can eat on it for days.

My room still needs a little picking up but not to bad.

I may go to the pool tonight to cool off and it is so pretty at night.

I watered and worked in the yard a little. It is looking better and the plants may come back. At least some of them.

I went to Wally World this morning and got some bread and a rake. I made some rhubarb/ strawberry jam...It is so good! I made about 2 pints and I will eat it all with Benjamin. It tastes more like strawberry than rhubarb. I used a package to strawberry jello to make it set up and it worked great. I had never heard of that before. But it was in a recipe and I thought why not I was sure it would work I just had never thought of it. I'll bet you could use peach jello with peachs to make peach  jam.

And I spoke to Kris today. The day before I left we covered the potatoes again. This time we only left a leaf or two sticking out. We put 4 shovels full of dirt on each one. That brought the mounds at least a foot above ground level. Kris said today the plants are at least 12" above the mounded dirt. I told her to put another 4 shovels of dirt on each one and then let them just grow...I'm telling you Clayton 50 pounds of potatoes under each plant!I'm going to call her for a pix...

The aprons look so good on everyone. I am so pleased. I hope Erin likes hers I thought it was so cute!. Girls I have lots more material if you want me to make more. They are fast! I made 3 for teachers and left 6 with Kris. Erin's girl looks so sweet in hers... Kris said I should have made one for little Clayton...a boys style. I was afraid he would not want one but I could make one Erin or Erin if you do not like your color or style just let me know what you would like and I will whip one up for you. Some people made fun of the frogs but that was my favorite...next to Winnie's overall one.

I am hoping to have plans later tonight...we will see.

Tomorrow will be a day at the pool...swim team and then the beach...I am all ready a little tan and I have to admit the sun feels good.

Laura is probably swimming a lot. She looks so good. and lean. I look dumpy and squaty...more and more every day since I am shrinking..
