which I always take very seriously..
This last few days I had 2 Grand Boys that I could hardly keep up with...and since my foot is better...and I am close to my Doctors again. I have set up an exercise program...Mostly stretching and yoga. some stair stepping..rubbing and messaging my muscles and fat...Trying very hard to get my balance back....I will be doing this 7 days a week. committed!
also I am searching for a computer program to work my brain ....we will have to see what I find. I am sure my sisters are saying well this will last a day...but I guarantee it is a lifetime daily commitment..or till I get hurt..
I will feel so much better if I can get more balance, sharper mind, and more flexibility...
Today was day one..When I meet Rhea in Vegas I want to be able to keep up with her...LOL
and I must increase my protein intake.
Here we go...

Well it won't be hard to keep up with hop-a-long Rhea this trip, I'd imagine you girls will be in the room a lot this trip!
I am glad you are back to striving! Exercise is important. Move! When you find the best brain workout let me know. I do the crossword in the paper 6 days a week and can do it all usually and I still can't remember jack squat. So there you go, girl!

We have plenty of aprons and we love the ones you made. Spend your time on greater things like Benjamin and exercise.
