The weekend

was great. All of the kids at home to entertain me...LOL

Darrel anchored Kris's cabinets and she has her counter top sitting on the cabinets. It looks really good and she has much more room.

All of the kids are off to school and Kris is going on a field trip to the beach with Amanda's class. I am going to stay home and clean. That was not done over the 4 day weekend so you can imagine the mess. My room is pretty straightened up and as soon as I get her inside cleaned it is back to sewing aprons. I am working on one for Laura right now and I am doing Clayton's and Winnie Jo's today...

It is cool and cloudy as  it usually is..

Later now...I have cleaned Kris's house and 5 loads of laundry but I still need to fold Amanda's and Jake's PJ'S..

When Kris left this morning I walked out and closed the gate. I looked at the garden. I had not been out there since Saturday. That was the last time I pulled some radishes. They were a little pithy so I had not been back out there. Today the potatoes have had a growing spurt. They are all 4" tall at least. I will get to cover them with dirt at least one time before I leave.

The chickens are loose. They stayed locked up all day yesterday. It was raining and all they want to do is roost on the porch. That is not allowed with me.

The dish washer is running and as soon as it is through I am going to empty it so it will be all ready for the evening dishes. Kris is making Lasagna I imagine I will make it before she gets home.

I am out in my room and the View is on. I have not watched it in years. It is not any better. And yet it is probably the best thing on TV right now.

Well I need to finish in the house. I have been out here waiting for the floors to dry. I am sure they are all dry by now. back to dishes and laundry!

All is good here today.
