Monday..

Today has been busy doing last minute clean up before Darrel gets home..

I raked the rocks out of the yard where we dumped all of that dirt because Darrel wants to sow grass there...We cleaned the last bit of Kris's school stuff out of the garage and took it to the teachers and the donation center. We took back all of the Library books. We went to Walmart and did a little food shopping. I have a roast on in the crock pot along with potatoes and carrots...The house is cleaned. I have done the laundry...I am sure  Darrel will have a ton of dirty clothes. I have put up clean curtains in my room and cleaned all the linens on my bed.

I think I am going to write thank you notes to the businesses that donated to the teachers. I intend to do that this afternoon.

I also need to vacuum up my room where I have been sewing...Not that I am through but I do have it to a point I can clean the floor.

The potatoes are coming up in the garden and I have been having white radishes every day...YUM!

I am making an angel food cake this afternoon.  I will save the yokes and make chicken and noodles tomorrow.
