Monday..Updated

The kids are off to school and Kris had a job today at the high school, so I am boss today...I love it! This is the baby sister chickens of Amanda's...She says they are related to Flets's new chickens...Which BTW Amanda says they are BEAUTIFUL!
Azalea on the north west corner of Kris's house...I looked all over the yard last Monday for flowers...There were none...Then Friday I looked at this bush again and it was in full bloom...Fast!
My hanging plant the Grand Kids got for me on Mother's day...
Here is where I hung the bird feeders. They have not found them yet...But they will. Kris has a beautiful blue jay that is the brightest blue with a black head...He is mean!
Chickens eating corn Amanda threw out for them...She never wants them to be hungry. This is where I saw the Blue Jay this morning but when I moved he flew off. Notice the chicken on the left side is blurry...That is because she is running ti chase off one of the baby chickens...They all peck them.

Today I have cleaned all of the bathrooms, mopped the floors, Jake vacuumed last night...doing a better job that I do, I have washed and folded 4 loads of wash. I am making soup for my lunch and dinner. My room has sewing stuff all over it which I am going to get back to tonight. But after I have lunch and finish 3 more loads of laundry I am going outside and get on the riding mower. I want to move stuff behind my house closer to the wall and get it where it is not 20' out in the yard...Then I am mowing there plus then I am attaching the lawn rake to the mower and raking the yard...Darrel bought one and it is the neatest contraption.

Oh no there is a bee in the house...Thursday I left the house doors open and 2 chickens came into the house...I am so glad I noticed them before they pooped! I am sure they were looking for Amanda's room.

Have a great day Sisters...
We got 7 chicken eggs so far..

I picked up a truckload of sticks and limbs in the yard and old wood and I have burned it all...I finished all of the laundry 7 loads total...I mowed all of the yard and moved all of the junk behind my room where I could mow the grass that was waist tall.  I took a little rest and came in to repost. It is starting to sprinkle a little...Oh yes, and I cut all of the flower stems (old tulips etc,) that was in the front flower bed. Then I raked it all up to look nice.  I cut down a couple dozen black berry bushes that was sprouting up along the fence. They grow everywhere.  I am about ready to go out and hook up the rake since I picked up all of the big limbs then it is into my room to take a shower.
