Wednesday...

Yesterday....I went back to bed around 8AM and stayed there all day sick....It was not the best day....

Today I have felt MUCH better...We went to court this morning because Benjamin wants to lower child support.. after he filed to lower support he found out the only way he can get that accomplished is to take Benjamin more...So then he filed that paper work....about a year and a half ago...So today we went before a judge and we will have to wait and see what the outcome is....Big Ben does not even take him all of the days he is allowed to. He has never taken him on Little Benjamin's Birthday or on his own birthday....He did not ask for any time on Easter this year....He is allowed time on all of those days. He says he does not ask because Melissa intimidates him....For a man that Melissa had to file a restraining order on when she left him because he was violent , I find it hard to believe Melissa intimidates him....

I had wondered where he got the money for an attorney because he has never been very good with money...and as it turns out his new wife that is 54 years old, ...you know that is old enough to be Melissa's Mother....Her mother passed away and that is where he got the money...He cried when he said she passed....The woman lived in VA I believe...I am not sure how many times he had seen here but he can not travel to VA because he has that anxiety problem..you know that 'it is hard to drive 12 miles'....Today on the stand he told why he has an anxiety problem....as it turns out 22 years ago him and a friend went camping...the friend fell and knocked himself out....Benjamin had to go get help and he was afraid the friend would die...as it turned out the friend was fine when he got back but it was very scary for Benjamin....and he cried when he told that story also....I did not laugh at either story.....

I cried when Melissa talked about what a good little boy Benjamin was and how we were so proud of him...
