And Thursday......

has rolled around...

This morning Kris had a job so I got all of the kids off to school and then I took Darrel to the airport....actually he drove me there but I drove home and did not have to take any scenic route....I was concerned about that because the roads here are always under construction but all went well.

Darrel is set to be in Japan till the middle of June but things change with Boeing so we will see...


I got home and ran to WalMart and picked up  a few things...Then I took mac her Science book she had left here...driving into the drive way I stopped and threw out all of the trash in the van.... Then unloaded the van and made me some lunch. I have loaded the dish washer and have on a load of wash....I am going to get the house spic and span before 3:30 when I pick up the 2 little ones from the bus stop...We are having hamburger helper for supper, which Kris never makes. She does everything from scratch..

I turned out the chickens. Amanda was supposed to have turned them ALL out this  morning but some chickens pick on the others so she let out the nice chickens and kept the mean ones pinned up...I am sure when she got home she had intended on letting the mean ones out and pinning up the others...We have to treat them all fair ya know...3 eggs so far today...


The chickens have started sitting on the porch railing anytime it gets cloudy outside in around 4 PM every day....The other night I heard a hen cackle and laid an egg at 10 PM...Come to find out Amanda had the light on them 24/7   They were laying day and night...I turned off the light and hid the cord....and they have almost stopped roosting and pooping on the porch... some things are just not tolerable....

I called Fleet yesterday to give her an update of all I did yesterday....about 9AM I got up and ate some of Kris's pancakes and home made syrup...went back to my outside room...laid on the bed the rest of the day and read on the computer till supper time then I came in and ate supper and went back to my room and the computer...At bedtime I got up and took a shower and put on clean PJ's and layed around some more....Darrel put good Internet in my room...He had it hard wired...always before I fed off the house modem and it was not very good...I love having good Internet...

Well while I have been sitting on the net no one has come to clean the house so I have got to get going...

It is a beautiful day...
