Happy Easter

I have made an Angel food cake and the strawberries are chilling in the frig. The fresh green beans are cooking with a little bacon. The potatoes are cooking. The rolls are rising and the ham is in the oven set at 270....low and slow just like Clayton says to cook it.

I have to get things ready early because we are going to church and company is coming over at noon.

The Easter Bunny brought Benjamin a nice filled basket. We pick him up from his dads at 8:15. He has colored 25 eggs and Melissa has about 100 plastic ones filled with candy. Melissa is making deviled eggs after the kids hunt them.

My bedroom and bath were cleaned yesterday and the rest of the house is pretty much picked up. No one will notice anyway.

I had a great day with Austin yesterday. He is a real joy to me. He loved buying the stuff and making the baskets for all of his sisters and brother and Benjamin. It was nice to see him be so giving.

Here is the fresh green beans cooking. I like them when they are cooked good and dead. Most vegetables I like when they are about half raw but not green beans....I cook them to death...

Speaking of death I asked Fleta some questions about the Cox family buried in the cemetery she cleaned up and I just want everyone to know in case you do not all ready know it ...OUR SISTER IS A REAL PISSER...... Happy Easter all!!!!
