Monday...

Just a few short days till Christmas. Benjamin is excited and I know all of Kris kids are also. Mike is up there with them till the 26th. Austin is leaving on a Disney cruse with his mom and step dad i think tomorrow. and will be back by Christmas. Bill gets him Christmas day but I think thy are just staying home. I have tried and tried to get him to come over but he will not.

I think I have sent out all of the Christmas cards and have made almost all of the baked goods I am going to make.
Missy is taking a vacation day today and tomorrow. She cleaned the house yesterday and it looks great. I know she did it for my benefit alone.

In just another week or so we will have to take down all of those Christmas things. It looks like a chore to me but at least we have all enjoyed them this year. Last year she put them all up and then could not plug them in without throwing a circuit so they just layed deflated on the ground for a month...Bill has a good electrician friend...

We have bulk day trash pick up starting today, for this week. Missy and I need to get that OLD water softener out to the road. I know it weighs over 100 lbs. I can not drag it by myself. If we turn it we will be able to roll it. They use a tractor with a scoop to load stuff. I hope they will take it off for us.

It was 75 here yesterday. A very nice day. I have been burning leaves in the burner outside. It sets off a lot of smoke. I only burn late or very early so the neighbors will not complain. They are always asleep when I burn. I have burned all of the card board I can find. I wish Bill would round me up a stick or two of wood. In the past you could always run to a new housing development and pick up 2X4's pieces out of the trash but it is hard to find a building site these days...
I was so pleased to see Hanna's pictures. You could tell she thought she was a princess with all of that attention and bling!
