Monday....

I have been playing around with Missy's new camera. I took some inside videos this AM but they are very grainy.....That may not be a correct word but I am sure all of My Sisters know what I mean. SOOOOOOOOOOOOO I broke down and read the Manuel...I am not sure it helped any but we will see.... Since Missy is paying for it she really needs to use it soon to see if she wants to keep it or return it. I am not really sure. I think a lot of the problems might be user error....Imagine that..

I have a Mugga scan tomorrow. This heart Monitor has not recorded anything in 36 hours. Day before yesterday it was going crazy beeping every few minutes and then after I called and down loaded it it has stopped recording. I have to call it in every day because it is full. The 1st day I had to call it in 2 times and download. So when nothing was recording yesterday I changed out the little connector pads, which I do every 3 days and even though it had not been 3 days I thought maybe they were loose but it still is not recording anything...So I called the company and they had me do a test and they said it was working properly. Then this morning when it still had not recorded anything I called back and spoke to a supervisor...Now when I worked at AT&T and a call escalated to a supervisor the floor people would send the call to the team I was on. We took escalated calls then when the person asked for another supervisor we just transferred them to another person on our 8 person team....so I did not feel real confident when I got this 'Supervisor'... But I explained the problem , she gave me the same song and dance as the other gal but I shot down all of their excuses with logic because I have been wearing it for 20 plus days....She is sending me out a new one because although they think nothing is wrong with it they can not come up with a reason it is not recording....
