Today I have to take ole red back into the shop because the passenger sidehead light will not pop up. They just put a new one in 2 weeks ago..The problem is that the shop is almost on the other side of the moon from here....Not exactly but it does feel like it...
For a week now I have been doing physical therapy for my back and fibermyalga.(SP)..The good news is that I think it is helping...The bad news is physical therapy was a rude awaking for me...I was thinking massage and someone lifting my legs and bending them for me....No it is just exercise!!! I go again at 8 this morning and then to the car doctor...
I will be picking up Rhea at noon tomorrow and we will be driving ole red to San Diego...I will be so glad to see her. We will be celebrating both of our birthdays. But she is older than me...
I sent Clayton an invitation to my blog yesterday and I see someone from Mt Home logged in ...I do not have Kathy's address but if I had it I could add her also.. Laura and Erin can mail me and I will add them....actually I will add anyone.. Family..I guess since it is just us that log in Betty could put their addresses right on the blog...Winny Jo did that and I copied it and then erased it so no one could see but I guess she had all ready thought about only us, family, being able to see it
...I am not sure Fleet can log in from work and my pics load too slow from her house...So this may be a problem for her..
Since I have not added Austin's Mama on my blog yet I will tell this story Austin told me yesterday.. It is not bad but I certainly do not want to hurt any one's feelings..
Austin has a nice step Dad, Eric Nuenke. He is good to Austin. I have met his Mom and Dad and they are very nice people, I am sure. I think they are retired and in their 60's and very stable...They have been married forever and have 2 grown boys and a grown girl, at least, maybe more.
I heard a story once that when Eric was a teen he had saved his money and he and his brother walked to the store and bought a Nintendo...When their parents found out the boys had to return it...So that tells you a little about them and I am not even saying this is wrong just very different from Austin's Granny See and Granny Bell (Bettina's Mom). But that is not the story..
Eric's parents drive over to Eric and Bettina's house 2 times a week and watch the 2 little Sister's of Austin, Their Grand Children. They do this to help out the kids because Bettina is student teaching and not getting paid right now and child care is so expensive...And I will add this is very nice of Eric's parents especially since they seem to lead a very active social life, just the 2 of them....Unlike me, they have a life other than their kids and Grand kids... And they are good to Austin from everything I can access... BUT...they are different from what Austin expects from Grandparents...
So yesterday when I picked Austin up he said that morning he was mad at Grandma Nuenke...He said, 'I wanted to leave for school and she told me it was not time to go yet and I was ready to go ....and then, just like everytime we go anywhere she has to go all through the WHOLE house making sure everything was locked... Even the 3rd garage door she had to get out of the car and make sure it was locked before we could drive away...'
Where as, I often leave the front door wide open in the fall and only close the screen door...So this is just very different for him ..
Then he said..'And mama is getting fed up with her!' I could tell Austin was pleased with that fact I was not nearly as pleased. I really like them being there for all of the kids...Mine included...He went on 'You know Grandma Neunke does not like to turn on the lights so she pulls up the blinds in the living room and when mama gets home and sits down they are always wide open. Mama wants them to stay closed and Mama said, 'I am just going to cut the cord on them and then she will leave them closed!'...I told Austin that would not do any good and Austin wanted to know why not...I told him because Granny's are all very old and we are set in our ways. If Granny Neunke got there and the cord was cut she would just think it broke and the would fold up each blind into a bundle and tie a shoe string around them so they would be up and open, and I know this because that is what I would do if I was there...Austin had to laugh at that....Hopefully he will be nice to Granny Neunke...

Yes, I can log in from work. Just use my google log in. Happy 74th birthday. I thougt of you yesterday. It is the thought that counts isn't it?
At work, I am usually Springdale, but I see today it says Bentonville. Both at work and home, I am a windows XP user. Clayton and Patsy have windows 7.
Thanks for sending me the link to your newly private blog. When I found it missing, I felt as though a friendly neighbor had moved away in the middle of the night without saying goodbye.
Wishing you a belated happy birthday, and I'll tell you one thing: If that test put you at 74, I'm not about to take that test.
Happy 84th birthday. I am the one who shows from MT. home I think but do not know why? I live far from there. It could be Erin...
Erin's father in law will probably not make it . They are in K C again.
I can say this because your blog is private. Don't say anything about it on the open blogs...
Kids will say the darnest things when we least expect them to. I joined Facebook, since our kids and some of the Grandkids are on there and I can keep track of them. Our son (divorced ) is living with his girlfriend, who we adore. She's also on Facebook. One day she wrote this quote from a book about sex, making you happy, healthy, beautiful and sleepy. I left the comment, so that's my problem and why I'm grumpy, sick, ugly and wide awake. I was telling this to our one daughter and the 10 year old Granddaughter was close by and she said, Grandma, you're not ugly (and I thought oh boy, I'm going to get a compliment) and she said, basically you just look like an old woman. Sure popped my bubble. LOL
Hang in there with the therapy treatments.
