I know the feeling. This past Thursday, my one brother drove my Mother to Ind. to be with my niece while she went through her breast reconstruction surgery. She'll be there for several weeks. Three of our daughters took for a swimming park with three of our grandchildren. I felt blue all day and I told Abe, I think I will have a rough time when Mom does pass on. All of my Mother's sister and one brother have passed away except for one sister. All of my Dad's sisters and one brother are also all passed away, along with my Dad, plus my sister. Anymore it seems I have more family that has passed on then is still alive. But that's the way it goes. I try to keep myself busy and not think about it. Tonight and tomorrow night the granddaughter that is living with us, will be at her other Grandmothers to visit along with three of her cousins, so the house will seem different with her not here. She's quiet, but she's always around doing something. Sometimes I wish I had worked a while longer outside the home. I also miss that and being around my friends that I worked with. Have a great evening. We've been having some hot weather yesterday and today and it looks like the rest of the week.

It is bitter sweet to remember. You can't help but be wistful but the smiles and warmth they brought into our lives stays forever.
