I was looking on MSN this morning and they had a post about what house 200K could buy in different cities...one of them was Phoenix. They had posted the picture of the house listed 2nd on this post...I pretty much call that a dump... it is 1500+ sq feet...I did not know about all of the cities but I do know about Phx...The 1st pic listed here is one I pulled up in about 0ne 30 second search..No lie.. it is for 165K AND 2300+ SQ FEET Now this house is in Gilbert about 20 miles from th 1st one...I know I could find an equal house to this in Phx for about the same price. Apparently the person pulling the pictures is just pulling up the 1st picture that comes up in each state. I guess they do not give you a very accurate showing of what 200K will buy...And I am sure that one is really listed for 200K...After all there is a fool born every minute...

Seems a little misleading.
I don't know a lot but I know thE yellow house with red roof is a cheap place, probably a bunch of illigals live there send shireff JOE TO CHECK.
Hay, maybe those two cacti made the difference.:))
Makes you wonder just how accurate the other pictures were.
