I'll bet she likes to hear those words...I read the book by the little small town Arkansas gal and it was very good. The best book I have read since the Barbara Walters book....and how long ago was that...a long time ago... I took the boys to swimming lessons. We went a little early to get a good swim in . All total we were there over 2 hours. Their second cousins were there (Mike's sisters grand kids) and they all had a blast.
The boys did pretty good swimming but it is hard for Benjamin to hear instructions when he ALWAYS has his head under water and his Butt sticking up.
After we got through at the pool I took them down and we got a pizza. Then we ran around the house for about 30 minutes with me jumping out and scaring them. They thought it was big fun when I would scream and jump out at them. I wonder if this is a form of child abuse... I took videos of them but I can't get them to download...they may not really be on there...
Right now they are in the tub taking a cold bath. I have never let them take a bath without me watching them but they are 5 and 7, I guess they are old enough.
Austin will be back in school before you know it. I am sure he will need school supplies and a few clothes. Hopefully we will get to go shopping. He is wanting to. I have a call into his Mom to see what he needs. You know there is nothing I like better than school shopping and for the first time ever Mac and I will not get to go. I just am not up to making another trip up there.. I am sad. This also is Amanda's 1st year of school and I am sure she needs things. All she ever gets is Kenzie's hand me downs...
Oh my lands it is hot....

One reason I loved the book is I recognize all the folks in it (well, the first part). She taught at Russellville High School and I remember her from that. I thought it was interesting too.
First time for everything, I guess.
did she teach with you betty?
