We made 2 pumpkin pies and chicken and noodles...The boy got to crack all of the eggs and we are talking quiet a few eggs...15 total..Not one shell in the pot.....

Everything looks delicious. I made what we call rivels, not sure how to spell it, it takes two cups of flour, 1 tsp. salt, 2 beaten eggs and about 3 Tablespoons of water, mix all together until it forms clumps, we like larger clumps, my Mother likes it more like mush, drop these clumps into beef or chicken broth and cook until they are the way you like them. Again, we like them kind of chewy, don't like them to get too soft. Makes a good meal, with the meat in with them, also very filling along with a small salad and fresh fruit for dessert.
