The rolls and Cinnamon rolls are done and all of the kitchen is cleaned up again....even the dishwasher emptied, you know the arm pit job of the world..
The oven is self cleaning and it really needs it...
Betty said she bet the lunch room lady gave her a wrong recipe...I'll bet she is like us and does not use a recipe..She probably tried to write it down as well as she could. I'll bet she also buys yeast in the bulk because it is so cheap that way. I get 2 pounds of red star yeast for a little over 3 bucks...compair that to a package...I'll bet she uses more like 2 packages of yeast in her rolls. When I followed the recipe they were just too heavy...One package of yeast is only two teaspoons of yeast...That is not much for 6 cups of flour...
Now if someone gave a recipe to Me, Fleta, or Patsy, they might mess it up on purpose, and laugh about it...but not to Betty...

They look so good I could almost taste them. I am going to try to find a good yeast roll recipe before Christmas I think that makes the meal so much better to smell yeast rolls baking.
