Horse trading...
Last evening Austin came over for a few hours.....He was rolling in money. He had $10.00 in quarters. He wanted a $10 bill. He went to Grandpa and asked to change his quarters for a 10. Grandpa told him all he had was a 20. Austin came back telling me 'Grandpa only had a 20....I wonder if he would want to trade a 20 for my quarters?' so he went back in and asked Grandpa....Instead of a 20 Austin came out with $4 more of quarters.....He put that money in the ziploc bag with his $10 worth of quarters and proudly announced he now had $14 in quarters.......I told him he now needed to go ask Grandpa if he would trade $14 for a 20......Austin would not do it...

Pop would have traded that 20 for those quarters in a minute. He sold Deputy for a dollar and 16 pennies...instead of $350.00.
I am reading the Barbara Walters book...it is nothing like I thought it would be. I am enjoying the book. It is the only one I found at the Library yesterday...but I learned I could log on to a neat genealogy site at home with my library number and a password they gave me. It might work for you if you want to try it...I can send you the number and password.
That was a great story... Austin should have went back I bet papa would have givin in...
