Truffles..
3 baked chocolate cakes, cooled.Crumble into a large mixing bowl.add 1 can chocolate frosting add 1 package mini chocolate chips.With hands stir and smash all together. When it is all thou rally mixed roll mixture into balls smaller than a golf ball let them sit on wax paper and dry overnight...Next morning melt some dipping chocolate and a small amount of paraffin. Roll cake balls in chocolate till covered use a dipping fork. Let dry on wax paper and store in air tight containers. they will keep for weeks..
