How things change...

I just got back from having a Herceptin treatment and seeing the Doctor.

While waiting in the Doctor's office I picked up an old Newsweek magazine from September. Oh my, how quickly things change.

This was before the first Presidential debate. This was before the bail out. McCain had just chosen Palin and no one knew she was really stupid, then.

McCain had a good lead on Obama and Obama's people said he needed to hit hard at McCain. Obama said he did not think America was ready to see an angry black man. Obama said his platform was change and that was what he was going to keep hammering at...


I guess he was right. Only 4 more days and we will know for sure.
