I called Sister Patsy today and asked her how she made the scrap quilts like she used to make. She told me how to make them and I do like it. The top blocks were made using all colors of scraps that I have. I know Patsy would probably like the top 4 blocks the best but I thought I would just make a quilt using just the pastel colors like the bottom 4 blocks. But after I made them and layed them out I am just not sure. I have plenty of material either way. I want all of my Sisters, Kids and Nieces to weigh in and tell me which way I should make the quilt. I am not going to make any more till I get your feedback....

I like the red ones...because they reminded me of what Momma did. They both look good. The other quilt looks good too.
I think it would look better if you used smaller pieces. Maybe 1 inch by 2 inches.
This looks like Ocean waves. You should call it that. Helen's Ocean waves pattern.
I like it better minus the red.
WOW, that looks like way too much work for me.
And I like all of them. When my mother-in-law made quilt tops for each of our four kids, she used odds and ends and pieced them together. She called them crazy quilts. Only one daughter still has hers. They slowly fell apart.
Wello we got our mess all cleaned up after the remmants of IKE blew through Ohio. Taking down our cherry tree and twigs, braches, leaves every where in our yard.
