Yesterday I decided I had better get to work if I was going to get Mackenzie's quilt finished in time to take it to her when I visit. So I just sat down and started cutting and sewing. I thought I was finished but in looking at it all laid out I am thinking I should put 1 more half block all around the quilt. I have always made them in 4 square but there is not enough room (backing) nor do I have enough material to do a full block around the whole thing. I think I will call Pat and see what she thinks.
