Today Betty and Larry have been married 39 years...That is a long time....Happy anniversary Sister...

BTW...If anyone else finds a mistake on the calendar just email Fleta...I am sure she will fix it because she can't stand to be wrong....But she won't be pretty about it!

Cold in Arkansas...

I looked at the weather forecast this morning and it is supposed to be 3 degrees right now in Green Forest. It said it is cloudy with winds 17 MPH...I guess that is pretty cold. I really do not remember it ever being that cold...maybe I just block it out. When I was a kid we had a very open house, so open you could feel the wind coming through the outside walls. The only heat we had was a wood stove in the kitchen. That was in the middle of the house. Daddy built that house in 48 and he was pretty smart about the room placement and that huge kitchen. Clayton has remodeled the place and it looks nothing like it used to but Mama would have loved it, especially the light carpeting.

I have treatment today at 8:45 so I will have to drop Kenzie off at school and hop on the freeway. It will be warm here again today...about 70 I guess, I did not even look....We do not have BIG weather here in Gilbert AZ...It is either a nice day or hot as blazes....About 3 or 4 times a year we get to see it rain....

Mackenzie and some friends, about 8 of them, are wanting to be in the school talent show for their school. They have some sort of a skit worked out. Kenzie came home Wednesday and said they all thought maybe they could meet at Missy's today after school and practice. I think the show is to be in April. I said, "Sure we can do that!' Yesterday morning I sent Kenzie off with notes for the kids parents. I have 5 that have confirmed they will get to be there. I am walking to the school today's from Missy's and walking the kids back to her house. It is only 4 blocks. I'm sure it will be good for me. I try to walk every day but do not always get it done. We will have Missy pick up Pizza on her way home....They will be picked up at 6....Remember my Vette only hauls two...and my conversion van days are OVER! Been there, done that....

Patsy update...

I spoke to Patsy today and her computer tore up. She said it went into sleep mode and it will not come back on. She has tried turning it off but with no luck.

1st hair cut...

Kimmie went to a job interview. She asked me to watch the kids....I gave Lexi a little hair cut.....It's not in our eyes anymore....Look at that sweet face....
