Cooling Off
It is starting to be cooler here in the mornings where it is bearable to be outside a little.
The Grand kids in WA start to school next week. Mackenzie is ready. I am sure Michael is not.

Tuesday...
It has been a lazy day here. Benjamin and I have not done a lot. Benjamin was playing on the computer, he was on Nick Jr and he was printing things. He would make a design and then he would print it out. They were not large designs and were not using a lot of ink and I was just letting him have a good time.
Finally he said, 'Granny, I can't stop the printing.'
It made me chuckle because he sounded so concerned.
He said, 'Don't laugh. Look I have like a hundred of them. They are everywhere. You need to stop it.'
He had only printed about 10 sheets but he was worried there was never going to be an end to the printing. They just kept coming out of the printer.

Tuesday....
I drove over to Melissa's and picked up the Boy this morning. Then we stopped by the Big M and picked up pancakes. We also discussed that Granny does what Benjamin wants and Mama does what is best for us.....We do not always like what is best for us. We do like pancakes and a big soda for breakfast.
That pile of blankets needs to be hauled to Missy's along with a bunch of beach towels. I borrowed them when all of the kids were here. I am sure Missy does not want to haul them back home and put them away and I forgot to take them this morning.
I have a book I am reading so I think since it is cool out this morning Benjamin can play outside and I will read. It is a beautiful morning here. We had rain last night.

Me and TV....
I do not watch a lot of TV anymore. I am on the computer more than the TV these days....It is so hard to get any news you are wanting to see on the TV where as with the computer you can go exactly to what you are wanting to watch.
I have never been very hooked on TV. I was never able to follow any soap opera since I have been grown. There are always more interesting things to do with my day....Even if it was cleaning.
The last Soap opera I was hooked on was Dallas, years ago. That lasted till JR got killed, then I had a night time job or something anyway I gave it up.
While I was working at AT&T the 1st Survivor was started.....The one with the Hatch naked guy. I got hooked on that one abut have not watched any since.
About 2 years ago Patsy told me about the Closer TV show and I like it and try to watch it and I stay up Monday nights with the purpose of watching it. Now there are 3 new shows, Leverage, Drop Dead Diva, and Dark blue and I sometimes watch these 3 shows if I am awake. Which I am usually not.....Now this is a lot of shows for me to be interested in...But there is even one more...
This takes me to a TV show I have been watching since the 1st season called Army Wives. I started watching this show about a year ago I guess and it was just like the Closer and any other show I watched. This show is about 5 friends that are army wives. There was some crisis that would come up each show and it was solved by the end of the show.
The other week I missed a show and I watched it on the computer a few days after it had been on TV. People are able to write comments about the show. I was reading a few of them and someone said, ' I am so glad so-in-so got back together.' and it dawned on my OMGoodness this is now a soap.... I had not even realized but they had stopped ending each episode with a conclusion but were now ending each show with a cliff hanger....Now how or when this show has just evolved into this...tricking me into watching a soap...I do not know...Now I remember watching this while I was on vacation at Rhea's and she asked me what happened to someone and I did not even realize at that time....this is a soap...
Well last night one of the wives thought her husband was hurt and finally tracked down this place where she thought he was kept and as she opens his hospital door and it shows a close up of her face taking her breath away.....and then it ended and my viewing has ended...Now all I can do when I watch it is think how stupid it is...and how I stayed up till 10 to watch this stuff...So long Army Wives....
