It is hard to believe this picture was taken today... Right here in Phoenix AZ...I knew when they started letting my husband carry a gun in public, this was stupid.....But this is way over the top....

Obama was in Phoenix giving a Health Care Reform Speech and this was the sight outside the convention where he was speaking....


They did not arrest this protester. I find this very disturbing...I guess Cindy Shehan should have grabbed an assault weapon instead of her sharp tongue and she might not have gone to jail...

All of the grand kids were here except for Bill's two. Bill had to work today and Mackenzie and I went over to Missy's to look after Benjamin...

I got out Missy's sewing machine and hemmed all of Mackenzie's new jeans so she is set with school clothes now..

Mackenzie also finished hemming my surprise lap quilt she made for me. I thought it was beautiful....She also wrote in a book for me...It is really special...Amanda and Michael blew up balloons and decorated while I was gone today so I had a big birthday surprise..

Billy tried to call me 9 times today according to the caller Id...I did call him back this evening...I missed Lexi and my curly red headed boy...today.

Quiet Day...

 

 

 

 

Since about 10 it has only been Jake, Mackenzie and me at the house....All of the others are out and about...we even made chicken enchaladas and salad for supper....I was able to clean some....mop the floors...clean my bedding...and do a ton od laundry... and all in all have a quiet day....

A gaming morning...

 

 

The kids are playing the WII....Amanda is busy being a princess...baby Jake is getting a bath...garanny has been ironing all of the clothes needed fro the picture at 11 today......It's a good day...
