Doctors Visit...

This Doctor said my heart problem may not need a pace maker and we may just need some medicine...There are more tests to come but this was good news to me...

While I was at the Doctor office this morning they had the TV tuned to CNN and I heard Obama speak about his part in ratcheting up the issue where the Professor got arrested. I thought it was good that Obama spoke about it today and I was hoping it would help lay to rest some of the news media re playing what Obama said a few days ago...But no, they are still playing it....Every time I hear it being played I say, 'Don't say it, don't say it, don't say it.' but then out comes that word 'Stupidly' and I am like ....'Oh no, he said it....' I am sure he wishes he had not chosen THAT word...

Austin's Mama took him today to get his school supplies and he has about all of the clothes he is going to need so I guess he is set for school to start.... I hope he gets a great teacher this year. He is so smart and I have always thought, if we could just get that one great teacher, it will set him off on the right track....

Michael and Jake...

This is a picture I got off Kristina's Blog. Michael is driving baby Jake around in a little car at the fair they had in WA a few weeks ago then.......

I was looking back through my pictures of Easter 2002...This is a picture of Michael in 2002...When I saw this picture I thought, 'Why is there a picture of Baby Jake in these old pictures?'....I did not realize from the back they looked so much alike... I looked for a picture of the back side of baby Jake and could not find one...

Obama needs to hurry with that health plan....

I went to my Cardiologists yesterday. After my black out on the 8th all of the Doctors banned together to see if a heart doctor could tell what was wrong…The 12 year old DR at the hospital, Dr. Wolfe and even Cavalcant would not back off and let it slide….So I went… and I did not like… what I heard…

Dr Stern, whose name suits him, is sending me to an ‘Electrician’ as he put it. I have an appointment with him tomorrow morning. I asked Dr Stern if he thought my neck arties were clogged (Like the 12 year old hospital Dr thought) He said, “Hell No!” I liked that answer….

I asked him if he thought my black outs and my near fainting spells could be related…He said, “They definitely are!”…I was hoping they were not because I have had more near fainting than only my 3 black outs, in the last 2 years…

Then I asked him if he thought it had anything to do with low blood sugar. He said, “Hell No!’ I did not like that answer…

So I asked him what he thought it was. He said, “With all of my hundred years experience, I would say your heart stops beating when you completely black out and when you almost black out your heart slows so much you can’t function. You need a pace maker!” I really hated that answer…

So tomorrow I go to the other Doctor and maybe Dr Stern is wrong…I hope so..
