This is a picture I took of Benjamin yesterday. We went to the big 'M' for breakfast...after we ate candy.
Today I had blood drawn. I went to my usual place and usual guy....It was painless.
Also the yard guy comes today. I will surely enjoy sitting outside tomorrow morning.

I made some spanish rice this morning with fresh garlic, tomatoes, and red bell peppers. I also froze a gallon bag of bell peppers. I cut them up and when I cook I just take out a handful and throw into soup or what ever I am making. Since Melissa and I have joined that food co-op I have to freeze some things because I would not eat that many peppers before they go bad. Last week we got several bell peppers but it may be weeks before we get them again. It's always a surprise and an adventure what we will get in our basket next time.
