So.....

Isn't that a great heading....With that heading you can just go off talking about anything....
So...Yesterday I was going to paint the bathroom but we had no paint. I thought we did but I was WRONG...Imagine that.

So, when that fell through. Kris and Mac went shopping...For about 4 hours. don't get me wrong I encouraged this because they NEVER get to go anywhere together. Kenzie has to stay home and watch little ones or they all go. They went to Walmart and out to lunch, to the candle shop and who knows where else but they came home with a van load of stuff and they had a really good time!

I baked the cutest cupcakes. Using small marshmallows cut in half and dipped in colorful sugar crystals and then placed 6 pieces on top of each   frosted cupcake and made a flower...I took a pic and I will post it another time.

I made chicken and noodles and they were delicious. Plus I made rolls....

Betty has told me several times she makes rolls from water and no egg or milk...Yesterday when Kris was at town one of the things she had to get was milk cause we were out...So I made rolls out of water...yes it worked...They were light and fluffy...BUT... they tasted like store bought white bread...Now the kids ate it and loved it but to me it was not fit to eat!  I made it so I could make bunny rolls...You take dough about golf ball size. Elongate it a little...Take scissors and make 2 v shaped slanted cuts for ears and poke eye holes with a screwier ...They worked and were so  cute...I made 3  It was going to take forever because I had my usuial pan of dough,  BIG....Then I started making big ones....The big ones, when cooked did not look like little bunnies...as Amanda said they look like fat rats... fat rats were the best I could do at that time cause by then I had been cooking for a few hours and was tired.


Each of the little ones had friends drop by yesterday morning and stay till 2. It was great they all had such a good time...We had fat rat rolls and hot dogs for lunch...Plus each kid ate 3 of my pretty cupcakes...I love being in charge...Oh, and they had canned pop....They all ate outside, pick nick style cause Jake's friend was not allowed to come inside...His mom's rules, not mine....Anyway it was sunny and nice and they loved it. They do not get to have friends over very often...Mike had spent the night with a friend so it was just me and the little ones...

 So just to make myself clear....BETTY, bread made without milk tastes about as good as your no leveling cake you make...LOL

Don't forget...July 4th this year...I am having a family reunion in MY front yard.....I hope the word gets spread....We need new pictures taken so I hope Erin can come....My kids may be there...Well not Billy...But the rest of them...

Packing This Morning...

As soon as I get off this post...No matter what...I have just been putting it off...

Kenzie told me a good one this morning, "Granny , your room is organized as bout as well as a Walmart $5.00  DVD bin!" And that is the truth!

Love seeing little Gray's babies...I am wondering what Bertha's will look like. I am sure they will be almost all white.

Next Sunday is Easter and I will be leaving for AZ. I am ready. It was 100 there one day this week. Benjamin will be so glad to see me. I am sure we will hunt eggs...I love hiding them. Wish Bill would bring his kids over there cause they would have a great time... I am not sure when I will get to see them since I do not have a car there.

I have all of my Dr. appointments set up for the 1 day Missy has off. I sure need to have this port flushed. Let alone blood drawn....Oh well..

Then before ya know it I will be back in Arkansas, Just in time to help with the garden....I sure want to be there to help pick...LOL

Moving Mountains Today!

I have planted plants, cleaned Kris's house, did 2 loads of laundry, put up the other piece of peg  board up in Kenzie's room, walked the 2 little ones to the bus stop, made Spanish rice, for me, tended to the chickens, cleaned the pen, Patched a pair of Kenzie's jeans and sewed up a seam in one of Amanda's dresses and my pants...surely there is more I am leaving out....But now I am going to take a hot bath and get dressed for my day...You see I have packed most of my clothes but I wore yoga pants and a  tee shirt for PJ's so I have worn them all morning while I have been working...

The sun is shining and it is a great day!
