Tony Poor 2/27/61 - 8/28/18

GILBERT TONY POOR 

was born on February 27, 1961 in Branson, Missouri son of Dillard Poor and Patsy Ann (Powell) Poor, He departed this life on Tuesday August 28, 2018 in Fayetteville, Arkansas at 57 years of age.


“Tony was president of Marble Hunting Club, he is an avid coon hunter. He loved his family and friends. Tony cherished the time spent with all of them.

“He is survived by his son, Kyle and his wife Kailyne Poor of Green Forest, Arkansas; daughter, Casey and her husband Adam Wade of Green Forest, Arkansas; two brothers, Kelly Poor of Green Forest, Arkansas; Sammy Poor of Green Forest, Arkansas; three grandchildren, Alivia, Catey and Burley Wade; several nieces and nephews, other relatives, friends and loved ones.

“On February 14, 1987 he was united in marriage to Janet Lee (Matthews) Poor who preceded him in death. He is also preceded in death by parents, one sister Barbara Poor.

“Visitation will be on Thursday, August 30, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the Charles M. Nelson Memorial Chapel in Berryville, Arkansas. Funeral service will be on Friday, August 31, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at the Charles M. Nelson Memorial Chapel in Berryville, Arkansas with Pastor Roscoe Wade officiating.
