Good Morning

all...

I got up and made a pot of coffee...Then carried my Little Corning Ware pot and a cup and went back to my room...I am set for an hour!

Yesterday I cleaned a little and did laundry all day... Today I am going to try to get the over spray off my car.About a year ago I noticed there was a little over spray. To clean it off I had to get some special cleaner, I forget the name, and it is a bar of stuff you wet the car, rub  this clay bar over it and rub to beat the dickens to get it off. I am going to do the hood today and that is all I will probably get done today. We will see.

I ordered a new engine for my little scooter. It was $375.Which is a lot for me to spend  but I really miss it. These engines are supposed to be really good ones. I have read you have to break them in with half throttle for about 1K miles...I ran mine wide open from day one...That may have been the problem...also The oil it said to use  was very thick oil that is used in a diesel truck. I did not thank that was right but I used it anyway. It smoked almost immediately...I changed to the motorcycle oil I used to use on the Gold Wing...I will have to investigate the oil to use better...then again it just may have had an issue...I am not going to loose any sleep over it I will just be more careful with the next one. I need to remember it  is more like a push lawn mower than an 8 Cyl. car. Bill said the new engine will just slip in. The old one could have been repaired cheaply, I am sure, but it would have been a lot of work. Bill does not have the time....BTW Greg your to do list is getting longer....see  ya Sat.

And here is a story..
A few days before Christmas Mackenzie, My pride and joy, and her Mama went on an outing. Mackenzie wanted a lap top for Christmas (which she got) she was talking to her mom saying she needed one.

Kris said it would not be fair for Kenzie to get a lap top and Kaylin 3 years older  not getting one.

Kenzie said they should both get one. Kris told her she had all ready bought all of the presents and Kenzie had seen the boxes and hers and Karylin's obviously were not the same. Kenzie had a box more the size of a lap top and Kaylin had a much bigger box..(The one the 2 computers were both shipped in.)

Kenzie decided she had a lap top  and Kaylin had the wireless printer. Kenzie said this would be fair because they  could both use  It. The lap top would be kept in Kenzie's room and the wireless printer in Kaylins room...Then late at night Kenzie would type "Nanny, nanny, boo, boo, I have a computer" then hit print and Kaylin could read it in her room....

I notice the things kids want now a days really cost a lot. I am glad I have raised my kids and my kids are raising their kids as I could not afford them.
